Resumen
Albert is born in small town Kellyville, where he is a challenge for the other inhabitants. Albert decides to rehabilitate his good name by making up for having smashed the city-statue into a thousand pieces. He promises the villagers and his parents to venture out into the big world and come back as a hot-air-balloon-captain, in honor of Kellyville. Even through the citizens dont expect him to succeed the are happy to see him go, except his parent and his best friend Egon. Albert dont want to go without Egon and in the end his has to kidnap Egon to start their big adventure. In an old barrel the two small scoundrels of Kellyville sail out into the world and far away from their hometown they meet Rapallo the biggest pick-pocket in the world. I hope of getting money for at hot-air-balloon our two friends join him as his said the world biggest diamond belong to him, he just need help to get it. This operation is to take place at the gypsy-market of Javallabad. A terrific festive and frantic dramatic tale awaits them, and the audience. Never before have two such small villains fooled so many adult robbers and bandits.
