Resumen
Investigative journalist Macintyre Sullivan bought a historic Victorian mansion in Lighthouse Cove, Oregon as getaway to write his crime novels, after restoration by well-reputed local contractor Shannon Hughes. She's presently converting into a B&B the family home of her friend Jennifer Hennessey,, whose uncle Jesse is best buddies with Shannon's father Pete Hughes and Ned Davison, father of the girls' friend Stephen Davison, a men's club for fishing and salvage diving, which yielded pieces allegedly all donated to the town's maritime museum. The friendship recently suffered from rivalry over yogi Althea Morton between Jesse and scorned Ned. After Jesse's fatal car accident, accepted by police chief Jensen, deputy Tommy Sloane helps Mac and Shannon investigate informally, which proves dangerous with a mystery car and complex intrigues about a salvaged colonial age princess's legendary necklace, claimed internationally via a law firm, but with criminal twists.—KGF Vissers
