Resumen
Khalu (Naseeruddin Shah) and his nephew, Babban (Arshad Warsi), flee with cash belonging to Mushtaq (Rajesh Sharma), the former's Lucknow-based brother-in-law. Hoping to re-locate to Nepal with the help of Gorakhpur-based Vidyadhar Verma, they find that he is no more, and temporarily take shelter with his attractive widow, Krishna. Mushtaq soon locates and tortures them until they decide to return the cash. When they go to retrieve it, they find it missing, and he gives them until Rakhsa Bandhan to return it. Unable to unravel the mystery of the missing cash, the hapless duo, now hopelessly in love with Krishna, decide to abduct Ghaziabad-based businessman, Kamalkant Kakkad.
